Shipment:
The shipments of our orders are done by any method requested by our customers. If not specified by our customers, we ship merchandise by air through international couriers, preferably by DHL or UPS, or by air cargo such as Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Thai Airways etc (whichever is convenient and economical as per the buyer’s destination.). It usually takes four to seven working days to reach any destination.

PLEASE NOTE THAT: • Shipment cost depends upon the size of orders, each and every final destinations and mode of shipment.

• Our products are valid for every destination around the world.

• Mode of shipment is to be finalized by the buyers but in some products, due to quality, shape and size they can only shipped in particular way.

• Since most of our products are handmade, the items can be slight variation in sizes and weight too.

• We use most popular shippers and handlers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and Sky Net.

• Shipping by AIR CARGO or LAND & SEA CARGO shall also be made according to the customers requirement we have professional handling agents for this option. We can also deliver the order to your own handling agent as per your instruction.

• It might take from a week to months to get your order to you depending on the shipping company and custom formalities at the country of destination.

Packages are generally dispatched within 4 – 6 business days after we receive the payment receipt. They are shipped via TNT or DHL for both tracking and home delivery services. Shipping fees cover the handling and packaging fees, and the postage costs. Handling fees are fixed while the transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. Orders made separately are considered two different orders with different shipping fees. We advise our customers to put all desired items in one order to pay only one shipping fee.

 Customs/ Excise Tax

We have a shipping agent who will clear the merchandise from customs on behalf of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, packages are cleared right away without any issues. In Australia, Canada, Europe, and the USA, custom/ excise fees are waived by their respected governments.

Return of Items

We accept the return of items within 15 days of receiving the package. We will only be refunded the price of the items. Delivery fees are excluded and customers have to pay for the courier charges of their country to return the package to us.
